The Students’ Union Government of Ogun State Institute of Technology, Igbesa (OGITECH), through the Office of the Sports Director, successfully organized a fitness and motivational event tagged “A Day Out with Student Union Executives” on Saturday, 1st November, 2025.
The event, held at the school gym and open field, was designed to promote fitness, teamwork, and leadership among student leaders while fostering unity and recreation within the Union.
Participants engaged in several exciting activities including group workouts, fun team challenges, gym sessions, table tennis, football, Whot, ludo, and scrabble. The atmosphere was lively as executives and students came together to exercise, compete, and share moments of motivation and laughter.
The event came to a close with smiles, renewed energy, and words of appreciation from participants who called for more of such interactive and impactful activities on campus.
Special thanks to the School Sports Unit headed by Mr. Johnson for their full support, and to the Gym Instructor, Mr. Ogunkoya Adepero, for his professional guidance throughout the session. Special acknowledgment and regards also go to Mr Akeran Nurudeen, the Chief Liaison Officer (Igbesa), Ogun Guangdong Free Trade Zone for his encouragement and presence.
Appreciation equally goes to the SUG Sports Director, Comr. Ilori Ibrahim Olajide (pka achievement), whose dedication and coordination made the event a success.
