The former Nigeria High Commissioner to United Kingdom, UK, Ambassador Sarafa Tunji Isola OFR has congratulated, Rt. Hon. Olukemi Olufunto Adegoke Badenoch on her election as the first black woman to be elected as UK Conservative Party leader.
