Fountain University, Osogbo in Osun State has perfected plans to host the immediate past Nigeria High Commissioner to United Kingdom, His Excellency Ambassador Sarafa Tunji Isola OFR, as a Guest Speaker.
A release by the Department of Political Science of the Institution disclosed that Ambassador Isola, a past Chairman of Abeokuta North Local Government and Chairman, Council of Chairmen in Ogun State between 1997 and 1998 is expected to impact his knowledge as local government administrator in his audience at a discourse entitled, “Local Government Area Administration: Panacea for National Development”.
It further stated that the lecture, which is for its Annual Departmental Public Lecture, will be held at the Eti-Osa Lecture Theatre of the renowned citadel of learning on Thursday, 18th of April, 2024 beginning at 10:00am prompt.
Dr Raji Adesina Abdulfattah, the Head of Department (Political Science) and the Vice-Chancellor of Fountain University, Professor Olayinka Ramota Karim would be the Host and Chief Host respectively.
