Nigeria – The Kano Pillars FC Chairman, Alhaji Alinayara has stated that his club is ready to fight for the title contender this season NPFL24-25, saying that they have made the plans.
Alinayara said, “we have the players to competes, we have experience Coach that will positive impact the club into our target”.
The Kano Pillars newly appointed Chairman, Alinayara told ProwlingEagles, he was optimistic his team will beat Bayelsa United in Yenagoa despite the result, which ended one-one on Sunday 15th, Sept 2024.
In 40th minute, the visitor Kano Pillars takes the lead through attacking winger Auwalu Ali Malam’s beautiful strike.
On resumption, for second half, Bayelsa United fought back to draw level in the 59th minute with NPFL debutant Rabiu Abdullahi scoring his first goal of the season for the home side.
Idealist Chairman of Sai Masu Gida thanks Kano State Government, management, technical crew and club supporters for their support and efforts towards the outcome for the match. “I believe Kano Pillars will bounce back to their base to NPFL tilted quest course”, he said.
In the opening match of NPFL24-25, Kano Pillars defeated Ikorodu City by 3nil in their match day one NPFL25 at Muhammadu Dikko Stadium Katsina.
Now Kano Pillars are currently in second position at the NPFL standings with 4 points in two matches followed by Remo Stars 6 points in two matches.
Kano Pillars will welcome the table leader, Remo Stars in the match day three of NPFL24-25 at their adopted home in Muhammadu Dikko Stadium Katsina this weekend.
