Nigeria – A Magistrate Court of Ogun State in the Ota Magisterial District has struck out a criminal charge against one Okusaga Isiaka.
The case, with Charge No: MOT/407c/2023, according to a certified true copy (CTC) of the court’s decision, signed by the presiding Magistrate, O. O. Fadairo (Mrs.), and the Principal Registrar of the court, R. O. Sodeinde, was disposed of on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.
The prosecutor, Inspector E. O. Adaraloye, had applied for a withdrawal of the case and further prayed that the court strikes out the matter, for lack of prosecution.
Giving her verdict, the Magistrate said, “In view of the submission of the prosecution, charge no: MOT/407c/2023, C.O.P VS Okusaga Isiaka, is hereby withdrawn against the defendant, and same struck out accordingly.
