Nigeria – A President Bola Ahmed Tinubu support group, known as P-BAT Academics and Professional, will tomorrow, Thursday, February 15, 2024, hold a national summit on policy-making in Nigeria.
According to the group, which consists who is who in academic and various professions, in a statement signed by its spokesperson, Mary Ikoku, today, Wednesday, 14th February, the summit tagged, “Abuja 2024 National Policy Summit”, will hold at the Shehu Yar Adua Centre in Abuja on Thursday.
According to her, the summit aims at “activating the policies and promises in the Renewed Hope Agenda”, of President Bola Tinubu.
She said, President Tinubu would be the keynote speaker and special guest of honour at the event.
Other speakers expected at the summit, according to the statement include: Prof. Isaac Adewole who will speak on Healthcare and Citizen Wellbeing of Nigerians; Engr. Samuel Babatunde, who will speak on Oil & Gas; Prof. Amuda-Kannike (SAN) will speak on Constitutional Reform, while Olufemi Boyede will speak on Industry, Trade, and Investment.
“Others include Prof Babaniyi Babatope who will speak on Hi-Tech; NK Fidimaiye will speak on National Orientation; Prof Segun Awonusi, will speak on Education and Training, while Bolade Agbola will speak on Agriculture/Food Security, She stated.
Guests expected at the event, according to her are: Vice President Kashim Shettima; Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi; and Sultan of Sokoto, His Eminence Sa’ad Abubakar; among others.
